Terms of Service

By installing or using the Agent Checkout Shopify plugin ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by GoTeammate ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Service.

Agent Checkout is a free Shopify plugin that makes your store discoverable to AI agents. The plugin registers your store on the Agent Checkout network, syncs your product catalog, and enables AI agents to browse products and complete purchases on behalf of their users.

• Installation — Free. No setup costs, no monthly fees.
• Platform commission — 1% of the order total on each transaction completed by an AI agent through the Agent Checkout network. This fee is deducted automatically via Stripe Connect before funds reach your account.
• No minimums — There are no minimum transaction volumes, no minimum fees, and no penalties for low usage.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings in your Shopify store
• Fulfill orders placed through AI agents just as you would any other order
• Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
• Not use the Service for any illegal or prohibited purpose

You retain all rights to your store content, products, and brand. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your store name, domain, product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing in the Agent Checkout directory and to AI agents querying the network. This license terminates when you uninstall the plugin.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the plugin from your Shopify admin. Upon uninstall, your store is removed from the Agent Checkout network and all stored data is deleted within 48 hours. There are no cancellation fees, lock-in periods, or early termination penalties.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of platform fees collected from your store in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Shopify admin dashboard or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
